Anthony Vasapolli – President and Founder

A native New Yorker, Anthony began his career in the staffing industry in 1985 as a salesperson at the then largest independently-owned staffing agency in New York City. During his first two years, he hired and trained a sales team and was promoted to Sales Manager. Anthony’s successful development of the sales force, along with his client base, tripled revenue and facilitated the company’s expansion in multiple locations. In 1994, capitalizing on his leadership skills, Anthony opened The Source, a full-service staffing firm. Under his direction, The Source has grown into a multimillion dollar company, supporting a broad range of clients in industries such as finance, retail and healthcare. An in-depth knowledge of clients’ needs as well as exceptional client service comprise the formula to Anthony’s success. In 2010, The Source was acquired by a subsidiary of Corporate Resource Services, Inc., a publicly-held company with diversified staffing, recruiting and consulting interests. With these additional resources available to him, Anthony looks forward to continuing to provide outstanding staffing services for both clients and candidates.

Cara Bruscia – Account Executive

Cara is from Buffalo, New York. She holds a BS in Communications & Media Management with a Minor in Graphic Design from S.U.N.Y Fredonia. She completed her MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Kaplan University in 2010. Cara has over seven years of extensive experience in Human Resources and recruitment. Prior to joining The Source, she was a corporate recruiter for a leading education company where she personally recruited hundreds of highly skilled consultants for a prestigious roster of clients. From there, she went on to work for an apparel/retail brand as a Human Resources Manager in which she executed all full-life cycle recruitment efforts for both the corporate office and retail stores. Cara’s proven results for finding talent and her dedication to the personnel industry led her to join The Source team in 2011.

Dawn Colletti – Vice President – New Jersey Operations

Originally from the New York City area, Dawn began her career in the staffing industry nearly 30 years ago as Branch Manager at Staffmark (formerly Progressive Resources) in Manhattan. Dawn strategically oversaw the opening of new branch locations in midtown, downtown and New Jersey and is credited for re-engineering Staffmark’s business model and revolutionizing their resume tracking system. Dawn joined The Source in October, 2000 as the Vice President of Operations and quickly created The Source’s Healthcare division. Her superior team-building and leadership skills have taken The Source to new heights and focus areas. Dawn continues to bring her expertise in the staffing industry to work for The Source.
